These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResolveReel ("Service"), operated by Chris Castle, Inc ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting ResolveReel to your Gorgias account, you agree to these Terms.
ResolveReel connects to your Gorgias account via OAuth and generates branded AI avatar video answers from resolved support tickets. Generated videos are stored on our servers and delivered back to the associated Gorgias ticket and/or customer.
You must have an active Gorgias account and authority to authorize third-party integrations on that account. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

We do not sell, share, or use your ticket data for any purpose beyond generating the requested video.
You agree not to use the Service to generate videos containing harmful, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before they are sent to customers.
The Service may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation relies on third-party APIs (Gorgias, OpenAI, HeyGen) and is subject to their availability and usage limits.
You retain ownership of your Gorgias ticket data. Videos generated by the Service using your data and your brand assets belong to you. We retain no rights to your generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResolveReel and Chris Castle, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may disconnect ResolveReel from your Gorgias account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your account data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
